Dum Da Dum Dumb
Unfortunately, lousy hearing runs on my father’s side of the family. For those of you not listening, I am not DEAF, just hard of hearing. I am also not dumb, I just have slow ears! I believe that as long as my hearing keeps pace with the fading of what some people consider to be my remaining good looks, all should stay well. After all, even now the words “beautiful” and “pitiful” sound the same to me when spoken in a soft tone. That is bound to come in handy in the future.
Allow me my continuing delusions.

I, too, am hard of hearing; you don’t want to be in our den when I’m trying to watch t.v. with the kids making noise. It’s…deafening! HA!

Lousy hearing runs in my family, too. I’d leave you the comment I’d orginally intended to leave, but thefunkybee beat me to the premise.

I’m reaching the hard of hearing area. I spent to many years standing in front of the HUGE speakers at the 80’s and 90’s hair metal concerts!!
LONG LIVE WHITESNAKE!
Also if you say “Elephant shoes” your mouth makes the same movement as saying “I love you” …it is very cute.
