Decidedly Undecided
Do you ever have one of those days when you are driving and you want to listen to some music . . . but you won’t know what you want to listen to until you actually hear it . . . only you don’t want to play anything to see if you want to listen to it . . . so you end up just listening to whatever is in your CD player . . . but feeling a little annoyed about it?
No? . . . Me either.

*sniffle* . . . I do NOT have satellite radio but if I did it would have to be portable because I would not dare leave it in my car . . . which is also why I have taken to leaving my huge case of CDs at home, even though they are just copies. In a city the size of Houston, there will always be some crackhead willing to smash out a $400 car window on the off-chance of getting something worth stealing!! Problem is, too, that I am too lazy to change out the 3-4 CDs I now keep in the car.

I HAVE had times like that. But I was too lazy to stop the car and change the CD’s in the trunk (boot).

I just read a book and talk on my cellphone when that happens.

Sometimes, only in my case it’s on my iPod and my trips are usually so short I only get to listen to one song.

That’s when I sing my own! You haven’t lived till you’ve nearly passed out in traffic trying to match notes with Alicia Keys. It’s even more fun if you can’t sing a lick.

Sam: You have auto-pilot in your car????? COOOOOOOL!!!
WarCry: I don’t even know what an iPod looks like … sadly, there are one or two ways in which I am stuck in the last century.
Myra: I can’t sing … but I can lick.
Temma: It’s only her head that is pointy!
