I am the same way, I often buy gifts for my peeps when I'm out and see things they would like. As a matter of fact, I bought my dad a "x-mas" gift the other day. The chances of me waiting until then and thus being overly prepared for the holidays are slim! But I love the non-traditional and fun things. Great idea with the red binder, I am fo sho gonna use it!
