Ah, sweet Candoor ... you are every bloggers' dream reader. Not only do you pay attention, but you ask intelligent questions and show a genuine interest in the essay. Tis true, most of your questions have been answered in other posts, but I'll try to nutshell them here for you now.

1. It's perfectly acceptable to leave comments on older entries. A lot of older posts are still relative to the current day. I comment in peoples' archives all the time.

2. Yes, I have breast implants. Which are 15 years old and due to be replaced in approximately 5.5 weeks. However, my breasts were firm and perky prior to surgery. More on this after the pending surgery.

3. To keep in shape I *try* to ride my exercise bike daily. Depending on time available for anywhere from 10 to 45 mins. I weight-train four times a week. I do a bodybuilder's split routine (albeit at much lower weight than when I was in my 20s). I also try to get out to MyNightclub to dance for a couple of hours most Friday nights. Other than that, it's just basics like a reasonably healthy diet; use the stairs; walk when possible. Like many otherwise slender types, I also am battling middle age spread!

4. TheChild is doing remarkably well, thank the gods. She is out of therapy and in her early teens. She is hinting that she has a sort-of boyfriend. The future remains to be seen. I know far too much about this subject for reasons I shall not disclose here.

5. Can't remember who the ethic-less guy was (there are so many). Which post was that?

6. Yes, I am British. English to be specific. I was born, raised, and mostly educated in England. My entire (estranged) family still lives there. I have not been back in a couple of decades. Yes, I still have an accent and obviously cling stubbornly to some of the spelling.

7. No, I do not update on LJ any longer. My last entry there points to this site. I'd wanted my own site for a long time but was clueless as to how to go about it. I was also concerned with the financial aspect. Last, I was concerned about people "stealing" my photography, which has happened to my detriment.

Again, welcome ... I hope you enjoy your travels here. In case you haven't noticed, I've been quietly sliding around on your site too. I don't always have a suitable comment, but that doesn't mean I am absent (when time permits).

I figured I'd start with the serious entries in my impulsive attempt to get to know you a bit better... I've read backwards to this point and wondered if commenting at this late date to older entries was reasonable (and then I realized that the small voice in my head that occasionally gives some credibility to conformity, ie: nobody else does, should I?... it was a momentary blimp of insecurity or loneliness or something to do with wanting to fit in with others so I might share more, but as you see from this comment it's probably passed... it's a very small voice in the cacophony and chorus that fills my mind most of the time, after all)...

all that is some sort of introduction to me, or at least some part of me, I suppose... in any case, after reading the last few entries (thinking I probably don't have to ask if your breasts perkiness are natural or enhanced by modern medicine, a question that came to me and should probably be reserved for after I complimented you on them and asked other questions that came to mind, like what do you do to try to keep your body in fit shape, a question I ignore as I ask it of myself lately and comes up here with the intent of confronting myself as much as getting to know you... and how theChild and her family are today, a question that comes from the heart and the professional in me as I work with sexually abused teenage girls... and have you been bothered by the guy with no sense of humor or ethics recently {should I watch what I say or where I step}... and are you British, live there, or just have friends there... and some of these answers may be found in further browsing, but these are the thoughts that came to mind thinking back on the entries I've read in this serious section so far), I finally decided too many thoughts were piling up in my head and leaving a comment was the right thing for me to do...

especially since this smoking entry was right on target for me... I wish more people would walk around with pump (or safe aerosol, if there are some) containers of fresh smelling smoke that they would spray in 360 around them whenever entering air spaced willed with tobacoo smoke... it would be fascinating to see the courts rule on whether non-smokers have the right to fill smokers noses and lungs with something other than tobacco smoke...

just how would consistutional law handle the rights to air space and air particles surrounding these bodies, no less the airspace within our lungs...

anyway, thanks for the words I am reading and images I viewed, I am guessing that, from the number of serious entries, that most of your entries are more for the fun of words and pictures and sharing, which is appealing to me... still, I figure one good way to get to know a person's sense of humor is to get to know the person's serious side, so I started here...

do you still update on LJ?...

I'll move along to read some more now and see where that takes me... thanks for the words so far :)
